Climate Premium Pellets (CPP) stand for the highest quality, verifiable sustainability standards and resource-efficient, regional production. Based on independent and transparent certification, the label offers clear guidance from manufacturer to consumer. CPP thus goes beyond existing norms and common standards and sets new benchmarks for a climate-friendly and reliable heat supply for the future.

Premium-Quality,
that creates clean heat.
Climate Premium Pellets stand for the highest quality – reliably tested and independently certified. Stricter requirements than those stipulated by the international standard DIN EN ISO 17225-2 guarantee clean combustion, high efficiency and minimal maintenance. This benefits consumers, specialist retailers and boiler manufacturers alike.
CPP – for reliable, modern and climate-friendly heat.

Sustainability,
that really counts.
Climate Premium Pellets meet the highest sustainability standards – far exceeding EU Directive 2023/2413. The origin and production of CPP are strictly controlled and mapped according to the criteria of regionality, resource efficiency and CO2 balance. The wood used comes exclusively from waste materials within a radius of max. 200 km. The entire supply chain is documented and certified according to the recognised SURE system.
CPP – every tonne is an active contribution to regional and climate-friendly energy for the future.

A mark of
trust and tested top quality
Climate Premium Pellets are developed according to a transparent RAL procedure in cooperation with consumer associations, companies, independent auditors and government agencies. The recognised system of self-monitoring and external monitoring ensures reliable compliance with all quality and sustainability standards.
